Thank you participating in the 4th Annual Oyster Boogie as part of the 2025 Oyster Festival taking place in Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Downtown Beaufort SC.  Join the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association for a USATF Certified 5K Race on Saturday morning January 18th in Downtown Beaufort.  Starting at 8am on Bay St & Newcastle Streets.  Run through Historic Downtown Beaufort and across the Woods Memorial Bridge enjoying the views of the magnificent Beaufort River along a certified 5K course, Race is supported and management by Grounded Running.    Packet pickup will be available at Grounded Running located at 2139 Boundary Street, Ste 108 (the Old K-Mart), Beaufort, SC 29902 on Friday January 17th from 10:00am-2pm and Saturday morning at the starting line from 7:00-7:30am.  Please note that T-shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after 1/8/2025, 3pm Additional Info: Event is dog friendly and stroller friendly, Please have pets on a standard 4-6ft lead.  No bicycles allowed 5K Course: Start/finish line at Freedom Park, down Bay Street cross Woods Memorial Bridge to Lady's Island, down Meridian Rd to Youmans Drive and double back on same route to Freedom Park. Place Live Oaks Park 901 14th st Port Royal, SC US 29935 Description Lace up your running shoes and join us for The Swamp Stomp 5K, a scenic run through the Lowcountry's most charming coastal towns. This event, taking place on February 8, 2025, will raise vital funds to support The Complete Student, a school dedicated to providing an enriching, well-rounded education for students in our community. The race will kick off at 8:00 AM, weaving through the picturesque streets of Port Royal, where runners will enjoy beautiful views of the lowcountry, local landmarks, and the peaceful marshes that make this area unique. Whether you're an avid runner or just looking to enjoy a brisk walk for a good cause, everyone is welcome to join in the fun! Awards will be given to the top participants in their age division, as well as 4 special categories.  The Canine Companion award given to the first place runner with their pet, The Stroller Spirit award given to the fastest runner pushing a stroller with one or more little passengers, The Ageless Athlete award given to the oldest runner that crosses the finish line, and The Swamp Rabbit Spirit Award given to the runner that captures the Swamp Rabbit spirit of heart and grit. Awards will also be given out to the top finishers in each age division for both male and female athletes. The age divisions are as follows: 12 and under, ages 13-19, ages 20-29, ages 30-39, ages 40-49, ages 50-59, and ages 60 and up. There will also be an award for finishing the race (as supplies last!) After crossing the finish line, celebrate your achievement and support a great cause by indulging in food from a variety of local food trucks, offering everything from savory bites to sweet treats. Description Join us for the 15th Annual Beaufort Twilight Run, The Lowcountry's biggest running festival, hosted by and benefitting Riverview Charter School! This USATF sanctioned running festival is for all ages and offers four competitive, chip-timed courses - 10 Mile Run, 8K Run, 5K Run, 1 Mile Youth Run -  in addition to the 5K Fun Walk and a 1/4 mile Kid’s Fun Run. Participants can compete for the 13.1 Challenge title by running in both the 5K and 10 Mile events. There is a $6,000+ prize purse with great age group awards in the 10 Mile, 8K, 5K Run and 13.1 Challenge. After the races, stay and enjoy the party with gourmet Food Trucks and Live Music.
