Battery Creek Host: UPDATE: Meet will begin at 5:00 with our coaches meeting at 4:40pm
Location: Battery Creek High School 1 Blue Dolphin Dr, Beaufort, SC 29906
Course Map - Varsity will run two laps
Middle School Map - Middle School will do one full lap and a half lap on the first part of the course
5:00pm - Boys Middle School, Girls Middle School Starts 3 minutes after the boys
6:00pm - Boys Varsity, Girls Varsity Starts 3 minutes after the boys
There are two entrances to the school from Jennings Road. Parking for cars is available via the entrance to the back of the school (near the stadium and tennis courts);
There is a bus parking area located next to the practice field (which is where all of the meet set-up will be). Busses should use the main entrance to the school to access the bus parking area.
The tent areas and start/finish line area will be located on the school’s practice field. We’ll have a couple of sets of gates open so that teams can access the field and set up.
It would be great if everyone could plan to arrive no earlier than 4:00. The school day ends at 3:45, and there will still be a lot of cars leaving the campus from 3:45 until about 4:15.
I am hoping that our concession stand open, but just in case that is not possible, I would recommend that teams plan to bring their own drinks/snacks, etc
