    Join Grounded Running and the Beaufort Track Club for our weekly Group Run at Shellring Ale Works on Thursday October 23, 2025 beginning at 6:00pm.

    Tyler from will be on hand will a few new models of Brooks Running shoes... INCLUDING one that has not even released yet! See it first Thursday night.

    We will have a bunch of give-a-ways including a FREE PAIR OF BROOKS Shoes! Demo a new shoe and get a free beer or Root beer!!! See you there!

    Be sure to bring a headlamp or light source as it is getting dark sooner!
